  • What is included with my booth purchase?

    • New Exhibitor Row (1/2 Booth): Each standard inline 10' x 5' booth includes (no substitutions or exchanges allowed):
      • Tan Pipe & Drape - 8' High Back Wall and 3' High Side Rail
      • (1) White Skirted Table - 8' (W) x 24" (D) x 30" (H)
      • (2) Stackable Chairs
      • (1) Wastebasket
      • (1) 7" x 44" Company ID Sign per Exhibitor
    • Inline Booth Spaces (1-4 Booths): Each standard inline 10' x 10' booth includes (no substitutions or exchanges allowed):
      • Tan Pipe & Drape - 8' High Back Wall and 3' High Side Rail
      • (1) White Skirted Table - 8' (W) x 24" (D) x 30" (H)
      • (2) Stackable Chairs
      • (1) Wastebasket
      • (1) 7" x 44" Company ID Sign per Exhibitor
    • Island Booth Space (4 Booths): Exhibitors with four (4) booths purchased in a 20' x 20' island configuration will not automatically receive any furnishings. To receive your allotted 8' skirted tables and chairs please complete the Table Request Form and email to exhibitorcs@allured.com.
    • Bulk Island Booth Space (6+ Booths): Exhibitors with six (6) or more booths purchased as raw space at the bulk space rate do not receive any furnishings.
  • Exhbitor Listing Online Marketing:

    • All exhibitors receive 1 Product listing, 1 Show Special and 2 Press Releases.
    • Please update your company's listing and upload a product image to be included in the Product Gallery.
    • Upgrades for additional marketing items are available for purchase through your Exhibitor Resource Center.
  • Attendee Lead Retrieval:

    • Exhibitors receive 1 complimentary lead retrieval mobile app license to scan attendee badges when they visit your booth so you can follow up with them after the show!
  • VIP Code:

    • Exhibitors receive an exclusive VIP code they can offer to their customers and prospects for discounted admission to the expo hall! (Code will be available when exhibitor registration opens)
  • Yes - all booths are required to have floor covering for their entire booth space.
  • Carpet/flooring can be provided by the Exhibitor or rented through the General Service Contractor.
  • Rental information will be available in the Exhibitor Services Manual available Spring 2020.

Great news! Booth vacuuming prior to show opening on the first day of the event is now included in the rental cost of all RES carpets!

Yes. As indicated on the 2020 FBMW Rules & Regulations – prior to taking possession of booth space on show site, exhibitors must submit proof of required insurance coverage. Information will be available Spring 2020.

REFUND POLICY:  Exhibitors canceling up to and including April 25, 2020 may receive 50% of deposited fees as refund. Because contracts are legal and binding documents, all requests for refunds must be made in writing by the person whose name appears on the contract (or, in the case of a change in employment status, by an authorized agent of the Exhibiting Company). As of April 26, 2020, Exhibitors canceling will receive no refund.

The general service contractor for 2020 FBMW is Rosemont Exposition Services (RES).

The 2020 Exhibitor Service Manual will be available Spring 2020 through the Exhibitor Resource Center and the RES online ordering portal, where you will find information for all of your exhibiting needs.

It is your one-stop resource!

Only confirmed exhibitors have access to the Exhibitor Resource Center. Here you will be able to access:

  • Exhibitor Listing

    • Attendees are asking! Please update your exhibitor listing and upload an image to be included in the Product Gallery.
  • Exhibitor Badge Registration

    • Avoid waiting in line on-site and register your staff ahead of time online.
  • Digital Promotion Upgrades

    • Purchase upgrades for your exhibitor listing to enhance your online presence.
  • Financial Information

    • View invoices and payment information.
  • Attendee Leads

    • Reserve your complimentary lead retrieval mobile app license to scan attendee badges at the show.
  • Exhibitor Service Manual

    • Important information regarding show rules and regulations, deadlines and ordering services.

To complete your profile, please follow these steps:

  • First log in to your Exhibitor Resource Center
  • Then click on the following links to add your content (you need to log in first for links to work properly):
    • Click here to edit your exhibitor information.
    • Product Gallery: Click here to add a product to the gallery and your online exhibitor listing.
    • Show Special: Click here to add a show special to your online exhibitor listing.
    • Press Release: Click here to add a press release/company information to your online exhibitor listing.
    • Video: Click here to add a video to your online exhibitor lising. (Not available with the Basic package)

It is important to complete your profile, so that you take full advantage of the online exposure and attendee viewership available online, and present your information ahead of your competition. Exhibitors with a complete profiles receive 2-3 times more viewership.

You can either use your own hotspot, mobile phone cellular plan or purchase a wired option through RES. Boingo is a paid third-party WiFi service available at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

The options for purchase are:

  • 24 hours - $7.95 (up to 4 devices)
  • American Express and Mastercard Card Holders may be eligible for complimentary service.
  • Boing is the same WiFi service available at O'Hare Airport

PLEASE NOTE: If internet connection is critical to your product demonstration and/or sales process, exhibitors may order a wired line through RES at the onsite Exhibitor Services Desk.

For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 (including infants in strollers) are not permitted in the expo hall during Exhibitor move-in and move-out.

State of Illinois legislative changes have modified work rule jurisdictions and wage scale schedules in the Chicagoland area. There are seven major unions that have some jurisdiction in the Chicagoland area. The following guidelines will help you in preparing your exhibit to understand these jurisdictions.

Exhibitors are permitted to unload/load from privately owned vehicles in Hall G using only non-motorized, non-hydraulic hand trucks and dollies.
