No exhibit space will be assigned without 50% deposit of the total estimate cost received at the time of the application. Final balance payments are due on and must be received no later than April 27, 2019.
Applications received on or after April 27, 2019
No exhibit space will be assigned without 100% payment of the total estimate cost received at the time of the application.
Exhibitors canceling up to and including January 31, 2019 may receive 50% of deposited fees as refund. Because contracts are legal and binding documents, all requests for refunds must be made in writing by the person whose name appears on the contract (or, in the case of a change in employment status, by an authorized agent of the Exhibiting Company). As of February 1, 2019, Exhibitors canceling will receive no refund.
